How will I know whether my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email order confirmation after placing an order to confirm your order was received. Once your order ships, you will receive an email shipment confirmation which will include a link to tracking.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

United Kingdom
For orders placed within the United Kingdom, allow 8 to 10 business days from order confirmation for delivery.

European Union
For orders placed within the United Kingdom, allow 10 to 15 business days from order confirmation for delivery.

How much will shipping cost? 

Orders containing event supplies
Shipping will be invoiced separately at a later date.

Italy	£49.95 for up to 10kg
Germany	£39.95 for up to 10kg
France	£39.95 for up to 10kg
Spain	£49.95  for up to 10kg

Middle East	£145.00 for up to 10kg

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we only charge your order's transportation fee. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
